Cancellation & Refund Policy

You will love Fit & Fierce and all services provided, however if you would like to cancel your membership with us, please email us at jill@jillallencoaching.com to make your cancellation request.   

When you cancel your subscription with us, you will continue to receive your membership benefits until the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a refund of any portion of the membership fees you paid for the current or prior billing periods. If you decide to recommit to Fit & Fierce, the initial $98 start up program will be applied. 

Example: If we process a 1 month membership cancellation on April 5th, you will continue to receive the benefits of that membership until the month is cycled through and there will not be a refund of any part of the 1 month (or 12 month all in membership) membership fee. You will neither be billed for nor receive the benefits of the cancelled membership after May5th.  

Do not wait until the end of the billing or subscription period to make a membership cancellation request because such requests are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days* after we receive them. We recommend that you email your request providing us with your account name and email. We will confirm your membership has been cancelled by email.  

Business days are defined Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Eastern.

To serve you and all others better in the future, we would love for you to tell us why you would like to cancel your membership. Our mission is to have satisfied fit and fierce clients. 

Please remember that asking for a cancellation but continuing to use our services purchased from us is the same thing as stealing and may also violate applicable intellectual property rights law.
